Sprouting: Buckwheat Groats and Black Eyed Peas

HI,

1. I have read that black eye peas are not good to sprout.

Well, I have 25 pounds of organic black eyed peas.

2. I have tons of organic Buckwheat Groats. From reading they will sprout with
a teenie weenie tail and they have to be eaten, because that is where all the
nutrition is for buckwheat. And they have a lot of starch.

3. So here I am, coming onto winter, and I will not have green fodder. Until I buy something else to sprout.

4. Any suggestions at all ?

P.S. I also bought organic millet, hulled barley both of which will not sprout ........ ugh
