sprouting feed for quail

Hi I am thikng about sprouting grains for smaller tyeps of quail would quinoa and lentals be ok. Can some one give me a list of the grains they use. Thanks

Quinoa sprouted would make an excellent supplement feed for your quail, combination of the greens and protein of the seed.

I tried sprouted lentils for my buttons but they would not eat them. I will stick with broccoli and spinach.
