Spur covers?

They are trimmed, not removed.

In SEasia(specifically Indonesia) they just remove them, In fact I dont think I've ever seen any rooster there with spurs no matter what his purpose in life is. Roosters dubbed or not are spurless from a young age just because that is what everyone is used to.

Ouch.. Well that's a first, everywhere i've heard of just trims the spurs.

Another suggestions is those plastic thingies you use to tie wires together. I saw someone suggest that a few years ago and it made sense to me. You can use super glue to put them on, and they come in various sizes and colors. Not permanent, but will stay put for a few weeks anyway.

Correct-if the spurs are a problem trim them. Some breeds have to have spurs [males] but there is no minimum requirement.

Randall Burkey carries these now, can't seem to find them on their website but maybe you could message them and ask about item #34050 as it is in their catalog; four for 11:99.These are the rubber ones, not as durable as leather as if the birds spur is still sharp they may puncture the rubber a little and thus wear it out if they are manfighters over extensive use. But, they will work. You may try Belle Farms, not sure if they carry them or not but I'd imagine they do.

Hilltop used to be a good service, but after the last time dealing with them where I was billed more than I recall the total being; the excessive wait and failure to answer emails I stopped dealing with them too. I order my shipping crates from Randall Burkey now, and other supplies (i.e. personalized wing bands) will be from national band & tag company or whatever they're called probably since they seem to be the cheapest.

God bless,
Daniel.
