some hens grow spurs as well. I have a gold spangled hamburg hen that's growing a spur on one leg. She lays me a lovely small cream colored egg every day, so I know she's a she... and has the beginings of one spur. LOL
You have a gorgeous little pullet on your hands. I believe what you're seeing is what I lovingly call "spur nubbins," rather than genuine spur growth. My hens took at least 2 years to develop theirs in entirety.
