Well, Jethro is getting huge! He's getting so big I can barely hold him with one hand! His parents have been really good with letting me touch him. I want to tame him down a bit because his parents are pretty crazy. He's really cute, even though most people think he's the ugliest thing in the world!

This is the first pic I have of him. It was taken on May 4th, and I believe he was 1-2 days old then.

This is Jethro on May 7th.

Jethro on May 11th. His legs were a little whack in this pic! I put shavings in the bowl, but the parents knocked it all out. His legs were sticking out in this one because was so fat! But I got grass clipping and put them in there and the parents left them, so his legs are fine now.

The moral of this post....Pigeons ARE rats with wings! Atleast, they breed like em!

I never thought of pigeons as cute, only ever saw the white ones on tv. But those are cute. How come they don't make a nest like other birds?
