square footage for a pair

Whats the minimum you would put a pair, trio, and quad in? Can I put a trio in a 3 X 4? Ohh these are silkies too so Im sure they can fit in smaller breeding pens.

In a coop, 4sqft per chicken, in a run 10sqft per chicken. If bantam size (under 2lbs) then 3sqft in the coop and 8sqft in the run - per bantam chicken

I use the same square foot rule for my bantams as for standards. My birds are small, but they're active and lively. I reason I'll never be sorry to have more space, but I might be sorry if I had less. And adding to an already built coop or run is a hassle.
