square footage per chicken? for 10 chickens?

I am planning on having 10 chickens and I need to know how big my new coop will need to be to fit them comfterbuly. What is a good square footage per chicken?

4-5 sqft per bird in the coop. 10 or more sqft per bird in the run.

You will need at least an 6x8 coop for 10 chickens. More space if they are going to be spending time in there during the winter.
