Squash growth stunted by a cold night

I planted several large squash plants a few weeks ago that had been started in the green house (just because of our insanely warm weather this spring). We did have one cold night a few days ago (I think it got down to 40 or so) and the plants are certainly alive, but some of the leaves are yellow and have some brown on them. They are still putting on fruit and blooming. What should I do to help these plants bounce back? I was thinking maybe cut off the worse looking leaves and the fruit sets to put energy into producing new leaves, but I don't know. Any advice is appreciated!
