Squatting/crawling hen

Please tell me if this is submission or sick behavior. My mom found our best layer laying in the chicken yard and she didn’t come running when mom gave out mealworms I stead she crouch/crawled to her. She tried to get water and wouldnt stand so mom lifted her up where she could drink. She’s also doing something strange with her neck. I have short videos but it wont let me attach them. Here’s a photo of her eating though. Advice please!

She might be deficient on vitamin E. She could possibly have a back injury too.

I gave her a nice warm soak and lubed up her vent with coconut oil (its all i had on hand). Now she has water and is in a quiet hen hospital pen in my basement. Will be going to TSC and plan to get nutridrench when I get feed.
