squatting hen

Hey, new member from dudley,ga, hope someone can help. I have a sussex hen that has recentley started waddling around, kinda like squatting. her rear is bare and seems to be filled with fluid. I haven't notice any discharge or odor and she is still eating and drinking. just worried about her and don't want anything to spread to rest of flock if contagious. anyone seen this before?
