Squeak Toy Noise?

So my chickens are about five months old, and one is beginning to lay. (Yay!!)
But one of them, she's half Polish and half Americana has recently been making this odd squeaking noise. She looks like she's sneezing when she doesn't but it doesn't sound like a sneeze. She literally sounds like a dog's squeak toy! I checked for runny eyes or nose and she's fine. She's acting totally healthy as well. I did some research but I've gotten a lot of mixed results, does anyone know what this could be?

It can be one of two things.

Your hen is either sneezing or coughing or clearing out her throat. Hens sometimes get a blade of hay or grass lodged in their throat and they do that to get it out. Most of the time the problem goes away in a day or so.

Sometimes it's a respiratory infection. In that case you can buy an antibiotic and it clears up very fast. I'm very sorry I can't remember the name of the antibiotic.
