Squirmy little Bantam. What is it?

Folks. I apologize for the blurry pictures. This little one would absolutely not let me get a picture of him/her. I got this little one in the Bantam bin at TSC. I know it is not a silky, Polish, nor does it have any feathered feet. Any idea what breed? Smaller than my silky and Polish bantams
