Hey C. I forgot to tell you, yesterday one of my MFC's squatted for me!!!!

How high are taxes? We live in NJ in the 3rd highest tax bracket of the NATION!!!!! Nothing would shock me!

Hmm. I don't know the exact breakdown, but total with school tax is about 2% of current value.

Our taxes here are VERY cheap. Sometimes living in a podunk town has its advantages.
