!st egg!!!!

I'm sooo "egg"cited.Got my first green egg today from my 20 wk old EE. Last week it was a tiny blue so I don't know whos laying what , just so happy to be getting such pretty eggs.

The first eggs are exciting! You don't list what kinds of birds are in your flock, but EE's can lay either greenish or bluish eggs. Individual birds will always lay the same color though - they have either the olive or blue gene.
 
There are 7 EE's in the tractor and one of them is a roo. It must be 2 that are now laying then if I got a green and a blue. I love it , they are so tiny(the eggs). Although the chickens themselves are small as well. Does this mean that the eggs they give me will be significantly smaller than those of my BO's? I know that pullet eggs are small when they first start laying but then are supposed to get a bit bigger , right?
