St. Paul buff orpigton rooster needs a new home

Its a sad day here in St. Paul. 2 months ago we had a stray chicken jump in our car. Wehoped and wished for lulu to remain lulu...
But today Lou declared in wall shattering vocal displays that indeed he is a rooster.
The neighbor already freaked out on me and Lou needs a place to go asap.
