Staggering 2 year old Buff

I have a 2 year old Buff that has been brooding off and on for months. I took her and two other hens that are also brooding out of the nesting boxes and put them in a separate small section of the coop I use to quarantine sick chickens. They were all fine and healthy when I did this yesterday. This morning the Buff could not walk without falling over. The other two chickens were just fine, no issues. It sure what is going on with her.

Was the Quarantine area cleaned, & sanitized before doing so?

Yes. Fresh water and feed.

i cleaned out any old droppings before I put the 3 girls in broody jail. What should I use to sanitize the area before I need to use the broody jail again?

I believe most people use a bleach solution to kill any potentially contagious diseases that may have been brought in.

I doubt sanitization is the issue.
Is she eating and drinking?

Would think more about heat stress and the lower nutrition that many broodies engage in.
A dose of electrolytes/Vitamins would be the first thing I would do.

Thank you for your help. She seems to be doing better today. Eating and drinking. Still a little slow, but much better. Thanks to all for helping. I am so glad I am back on BYC
