stainless steel sink nesting box

I find a lot of used stainless steel sinks for sale and thought they might make an interesting set of nesting boxes for the new coop. Has anyone tried this? Are there any risks involved? I realize they would need to be cleaned really well before installing.

Thanks for the links. Lots of great ideas. Didn't see anyone using sinks, but after seeing all the great ideas I have changed my mind. To many options and so little space!
