Standard and Silkies?

Will my standard hens and bantams get along?


BTW - I might be getting some silkies from Ideal

My silkies love to free range...If they do get put together (standards&Silkies) then there will just be a pecking order...(like always)

Our standards and silkies have always done well together. We have a couple bantams (OEGB and seabright) , silkies, barred rocks, light brahmas, black australorps, buff orpingtons, and silkie mixed with all of the mentioned. They all get along fine. And all of them free range and have for 4-5 years. Silkies are the best!

Thats what I was hoping. I don't think my dad would won't to build a another coop for a few bantams.
