standing on one leg, can she survive?

I found my 3 1/2 month old pullet standing on one leg this morning. After closer inspection I found no wounds, and can't find anything obvious at all. It doesn't look broken, there's no blood. She flexed her foot a few times too. But she doesn't put it down at all. Any ideas what I should do and/or check for? Will she be able to live like this?

Just leave her alone. It'll probably heal on it's own. One of my RSL's broke her leg when she was just tiny and after a couple of weeks of liping and hobbling she's fine.
