No, but I'll try the vitamin therapy and I'll see how that goes. This occurance was pretty sudden but hopefully I'm not too late

If you search BYC you'll find a number of threads wherein people describe their bird's movement as if drunk, or words to that effect, as you did

he kinds just walks as if he was extremely drunken

Perhaps one or more of them is relevant? Only you know fully what signs and symptoms and conditions your roo has expressed or experienced, so you are the best person to judge similarity. It would help diagnosis if there are more very similar cases.

Ingesting moldy food will do that also to a chicken and human.
