Star gazing turkeys

One of my turkeys hatched some chicks today and most of them are star gazing. Anyone know why this would be and what's the best way to fix it

If it is star gazing, @Bantambird says it is due to a thiamine deficiency.

Try giving them vitamin B complex at the rate of one half tablet dissolved in one gallon of water. Make it their only source of water. It should be made fresh daily.

Yes. Thiamin deficiency causes stargazing. Once you got them their vitamin mix, be sure you also have proper turkey starter or gamebird starter, and your hens should be getting quality feed because their deficiency caused the poults to be hatched as stargazers, likely. All flock, turkey maintenance or breeder formula if you can find it, I can usually only find either all flock or turkey grower. Don't feed them too many treats during breeding season, you want optimum nutrition for vigorous poults.
