I agree. It feathered early so I thought for sure female when I got her but then she started getting a comb earlier.

How old is your SGE? This is mine, clearly a pullet, at 6 weeks.

So almost a week older. The comb in yours is definitely more developed but not super red yet. I don’t know how much variability there is in development since they are a hybrid and can look quite different - like mine’s feathers being a lot browner. You might have to wait a bit to know for sure. I have a calico princess I was dead sure was a roo, but she’s 10 weeks and now I realize she’s just a big, assertive pullet.
