Starlight Greenegger Rooster?

We got Prettyboy "Floydious" out of the Starlight Greenegger pullet bin but surprise! Turned out to be a roo. Now I'm questioning if he is the breed I thought he was. Does anyone else have a Greenegger rooster that looks like this?
