My first go around with bumble foot. Been soaking her in epson salt 10 minutes a day and after wrapping with triple antibiotic ointment. What else do I do?

Take a look at this article. It may help. :)

Depending on severity (your girl's doesnt look too terrible), treating bumblefoot can be a long process. You have to remove the scab and pus kernel in order to remove the infection. When you wrap the foot, you can try a drawing salve, like Prid, to help draw the infection out as well.

I’m not seeing any scab or pus in hers. They are a small skin flap that’s just hanging that’s dark colored but nothing else.

If there's nothing under that darkened skin - i.e. it's healthy skin underneath, then you could give it a few days and see if that dark piece comes off.

How many days did you do the epsom salt soak/antibiotic ointment?

She has been limping for 3 days and I have been soaking and wrapping for 2 days

If she has been limping, I would continue to treat/wrap the wound. If there is no "bumble" (a thick black "plug" with a pus kernel under it), then it may just be a cut (when cuts/abrasions are infected with certain bacteria, it becomes bumblefoot)

Do you have Vetericyn? I would spray with Vetericyn, put a dab of Prid or antibiotic ointment on a small square of gauze, and then wrap the foot. I usually leave it wrapped for 2-3 days and check.

I would keep treating/wrapping every couple of days until the darkened skin is replaced with healthy skin. If the wound is improving and she is still limping, there may be another cause for the limping.
