Started Laying?

One of my RIR pullets laid her first egg last firday about 4ish, her second was on sunday about 3ish so expected the next around tuesday 3-4ish but nothing, its now wednesday evening and not seen anything, is this normal, am I just worrying?

Once they start, it takes them a couple weeks to get into the swing of things. In about 2 weeks, her system will figure out what's going on.

Give them some time to adjust. I average 6 eggs a week now from each of my RIR's.
