I like the sliding window.

Are you going to use plywood for the floor and roof or something else?

You could use some of those boards to screw together some pallets and make a roof that way. You could cover it with tar paper and roofing shingles.

Do you have a door for the coop?

Looking good, I started a 4x4 raised coop last night. Need to find some linoleum for the floor before I continue.

Chemguy there are many videos on UTUBE that show how to dismantle pallets, it's easy to do, but it takes time. check this one out.
