Started On My Coop

Looks good. How many chickens are you planning on getting? You don't need as many nesting boxes as you might think.

Yup, one nesting box per 4-5 chickens will do it.

was planning on just 4 hen's for now but may expand later on.

I have a 4x4 coop 2 nesting box with 5 hens. I was told it could house up to 8. I would think it would be crowded. Then again. I'm new to the chicken business

Well moved the wife's car out of the Garage (She's Not Happy About That Move LMAO) But any how started to build my coop today. pic's not the best in the world.Started to
rain had to move everything in quick. hope to have some better pic's at a later date. )

Well got the front of the coop added today. Built the back door as well.Making progress. Rain caused trouble for the better part of the day and i also ran out of 2 x 4's .Make a trip after work tomorrow. Think i will have a little trouble moving this thing from the garage to the back yard lol.I keep adding to it .
