Starter or Grower?

Hey all, I have a mixed flock, 15 hens and 1 rooster. I got them all last summer, they're all between 7 and 8 months old. I've been feeding them Nature's Best Organic Chick Feed Starter/Grower. I've been wanting to try an organic All Flock, but it seems that that's rather hard to find, and from what I've read they can eat the starter/grower indefinitely with the oyster shell on the side. So my question is, do I want to buy Starter or Grower? Most of the organic brands I'm looking at sell Starter and they sell Grower and I'm not really clear on which would be better.

Usually the main difference if a brand has both starter and a grower feed is the protein%. I have found that my flock is healthiest when on a 20% protein feed.
