Starter recipe?

I really want to make amish friendship bread but I don't know anyone with any starter. How do I start it from scratch? Does anyone have a recipe?

I've never used their starter recipe but I can tell you the other recipes using the starters are great. I can mail you one of my starters, you can PM your address.
