starter to grower ??

At what age do you guys switch your geese/ducks from starter to grower??

i start mixing in layer/grower food with starter food around 4 weeks old... each week add more grower than starter. By the time they are 8 weeks old they should be on grower/layer food and no longer eating any starter food.

What about Starter/grower? How long do you keep them on that? The bag says until like 13 weeks or something like that.

I was told to keep them on a starter unti 3 weeks, transition them from starter to grower during the 3rd and 4th week and that they should be on the grower until 13 weeks, I believe.

I belong to a pet duck group that has some guidelines about what to feed when and I've been feeding according to that with good results so far.

I do starter until 8 to 10 weeks then finisher until 16 to 20 then move to multi-flock game I dont feed layer because I have boys..I give the girls a dish of oyster shells to help..Works great for me
