Honestly, it's a tough thing to get onto a flier. There's a catch-22 of sorts here: if you get very detailed with your pricing structure on your flier, then it gets overlooked or some people will think that it's not worth messing with. If you are too vague and don't list any sort of pricing, then you lose the impulse-decision part of it from some.
I would recommend you keep in mind that a flier should be catchy, and give all of the basic information. Have a written pricing policy that you can refer to and be consistent with. Offer free consultations and that's when you can give them the total for their home/farm.
I'm sure you will quickly find that no two circumstances are the same when it comes to quoting a price for somebody.
