My only problem will be plucking them , will that effect prices?
I know that most people up here will not want skinned birds because they are very attached to the birds that are from the supermarket. I have actually had people who I processed for who then told me they didn't want the bird because their were black pin feathers (since the bird had been black) and that "wasn't normal" lol. People want the illusion even if they aren't getting from the supermarket that the birds are the same. So I guess I am saying that yes it would be hard to be a butcher if you didn't pluck for your customers.
