Wow, wide variety! It will be interesting to see who "hangs out" with who. In my flock, truly my "birds of a feather flock together!" (And here, I thought that was an addage based on an old wives tale!) My layers are similar to your breeds but I don't have any leghorns. In addition I have a couple Light Brahmas (beautiful, but not great egg layers), a few Easter Eggers (very pretty green and blue eggs - there's much debate that the chicks sold in feed stores as 'Ameracauna' are really just EEs), and Speckled Sussex (Friendly as all get out, but so far, not great layers). I've also recently begun to try to develop some more unusual breeds (Black Copper Marans, Bielefelders, Cream Legbars, Silverudd's Blues, and maybe thinking about a couple more.)
Your sexlink is probably a Barred Rock/Rhode Island Red cross (sexlink because the barring gene from the female presents itself in the male offspring only, at hatch, and it's immediately obvious who is who) I raise a Barred Rock, Marans cross that are also Black Sexlinks.
It may be a good thing that your neighborhood has restrictions because it truly can be addictive! (My land has a 50 bird per acre - so on 3.5acres....that's a lot of birds!)
Have fun!!
