Hiya!
I'm Justine, I'm new to BYC and all things chicken. I've learned a lot from the owner of the rescue I work on do I decided to get one of my own.
My first chick's name is Pip Squeak, she's a Buff Sebright banty who never stops talking and is smaller than all the other chicks at two months old. She follows me around the ranch unless it's really hot, then she stays in the barn. She's a great little flyer too!
Yesterday I got two new babies: Two day old Mille Fleur d'Uccles! They're adorable beyond measure!! Their names are Bollo and Toba.
It's exciting to be a part of this community! I hope to learn a bunch of cool stuff and give back my fair share of funny stories and chicken experiences!
Toba (Mille)
Bollo (other Mille)
Pip (Sebright, 50 days old) mid-preening
