starting next batch of eggs after last hatchling is dry?

My hatch just finished with 10 chicks total and I was wondering if when these ones are dry and the incubator is cleaned out if i could set my next eggs? or should I unplug the Incubator and let it sit for a few days?

You can incubate whenever you like. It doesn't need to sit empty for any reason.
