Starting the chicken run

My chickens are getiing tired of thier coop....they want some renovations...so today im starting to build my chicken run...getting excited....its prolly gonna be about 12x10

How many chickens do you have? I have 23 right now with the plans of adding more later. I was wondering how big to make my chicken run? Diana

i have 23 hens and two roosters....well the chicken run plans didnt work out so good.
