Had a dream that I caught the hawk who has been attacking my chickens, with my bare hands. Then I woke up before I could find out what happened next.

I can't dream too much cause I wake up in the middle of a anxiety attack(yeah, I take something to shut the brain down at night now) and catching a hawk with my bare hands however cool it sounds would prob put me there.

I have some sort of nightmare phobia. I find it hard to sleep thinking about how I don't know what sort of situation my mind will put me in lol.
