Oh, I'm sorry. . I had to give my favorite rooster Jackson away last September and that wasn't much fun.

I tell myself he'll be going to a great home, one where he'll trip over 30 lovable girls... But he's the best rooster on the planet.

My chickens will all be going to live with my moms friend. I'll miss them like crazy, but they'll be going to a great home. She has lots of chickens and a huge yard that they can free range in. She doesn't have a coop, but she has a huge barn that they will be able to sleep wherever they want in. They'll be much happier there than they ever would be in the city.

Hopefully the city council will change the law against chickens in the Spring so that I can at least get a few chickens. For now I'll just be happy with my house chickens. Sunni and soon-to-be Henny.

I'm sorry. I have to give up my rooster too. He is the best rooster I've ever had. I'll miss him like crazy... He'll have a lot of hens at his new home too. He already has 21, but now he'll have 40+. He'll have to learn to share them with our friends other three roosters though.
