State a fact about yourself!

I had a very eventful day today. This morning I went out to tend to the animals, and found a broken window and a missing cat. I am keeping my cats confined in the barn until we move, and the wind blew one of the glass pieces of the window out, and so one of my cats got out through the window. After some frantic searching I finally had to open my barn back up so that she could get back in when she came home. Which meant my other two cats got out too.

Then I went to see Catching Fire in theaters. (which was AWESOME by the way). When I got home I had to bathe my house chicken because she made a huge mess of her feathers under her vent. :sick

After that I went outside to do my nightly routine in the barn. My cat who got out through the window was back on the bright side, but she refused to go into the barn. At first I didn't think anything of it, but when I walked into the barn there was a HUGE possum sitting in my cat food dish. I ran to the house to get my dad and the gun. He shot the possum, and I spent a long time scrubbing the cement where he shot it.

The good thing is, while I was out there all three of my cats came home, so I was able to lock the barn back up again. It's just my luck that my barn has been closed up for two weeks, and the one night it wasn't, a giant possum got in. *sigh* Now im off to bed to try and get rid of the massive headache located behind my eyes.

I'm sorry! It's awesome that you got to see catching fire--great movie! You probably got your headache from the theater, I had the same horrible experience! Hope you have a good rest of the day!

I just came back from install a heating system in my coop. Everything was fine with the chickens except one thing. Summer, my Golden Neck d'Uccle and blood on her neck feathers and there was blood om the feeder. I knew where it came from. Odysseus's comb is STILL bleeding obviously. I'm really concerned about him. Alas, I'm hoping he'll be okay.
