Caught the dreaded cold... gonna have to start over on my count of 3 years without any colds/flus.

I forgot how much stuff could come out of a cute little nose.. I was up all night!

Made myself some ginger lemon tea and I'm hoping it helps a little!

I just drank some fresh homemade orange juice. Too bad citrus is painful on sores. My mouth is badly hurting right now.

I quite like this tea!
It feels really good on the throat and is nice and warm. I didn't add honey because I don't like honey, and I think I added more ginger and less lemon juice then in the recipe but overall I love it!

Apparently this years flu gives you a soar throat and no fever. It is the only flu where you get no fever. And I hate having a soar throat!!! I would rather have a stomach ache, a head ache, but I really hate soar throats

I will have to check out that tea recipe!
