No Enoch is not in the bible it was rejected for fair reason, I don't think every thing in it should be believed as the word of god but some parts should, it was actually a very important part for some ancient Christians but was not put into the cannon.

Assuming it was written before the flood, and it did not rain before the flood, I have to wonder why it mentions rain in the (first?) chapter...
