I've heard when you get into college you actually can hire people to do tests for you! (I think)

NEVER do this! It is cheating, not allowed by any means and if you get caught you will be banned from getting into any college ever again. You would be throwing your future down the drain. I don't even know how someone would live with themselves if they did get away with it.
