Cause she is 60 and her husband is 70 and he is ill and she already has horses and is moving,so she may not be getting Cape,but still waiting to see what she tells Nancy,but she hasn't got back with Nancy to say if she can or not.

I might be getting Cape and if not,oh well.

If that lady can't even find the time to reply to the owner, she shouldn't be getting that horse. I can't stand when I have to wait for something because the first person in line can't bother to reply.
