70 acres.... Ha. Try living in 1/4 an acre. Most of it is taken up by my house and pool. My backyard is concrete except for my two large gardens, and the only grass I have is my front lawn. I can't even let my chickens play in the front yard because the zoning officer says that the chickens can't be seen from the road. My nearest neighbor is two feet away! There isn't even an acre if land left in my town because the stupid officials just keep cutting properties in half to make more money. (They used up all of the land in our town, so when a house gets abandoned, they will make the property even smaller to make another sale. I live in a very small town)
