I was outside sleeping in a tent in our yard and I was awoken to the scariest noise I have ever heard. It was coming from the woods. It sounded like some kind of animal going, "yip yip yip." and then immediately after that it sounded like a pig shrieking when they're scared, but just on time. So it was, "Yip yip yip, SHREAK!" It didnt just happen once either. It happened 8-12 times. It was loud and it was a really scary thing to wake up too in the middle of the night. I grabbed my pillow and blankets and got the heck out of there. I won't be sleeping in a tent in the yard again any time soon.

To me it sounded almost like coyotes yipping, and then something injured or scared. It was really scary!!

Eek, that is scary, you know Foxes are pretty scary and odd sounding too. They yip and scream like that too.

Would you all hate me if I did something really horrible/gross/cruel/strange to my hens body after she was killed?

Ummm, what are you going to do? I wouldn't hate you, are you going to dissect her? Or eat her?

Maybe it was a fox. But whatever is was it was loud and really scary. Especially when you are outside in the yard by yourself at 2:30am in the morning.

Oh Yeah , I bet! I would be to scared to sleep out there again too! My sister said she thought she heard coyotes last night, granted we were inside and that's what I told her and I think what she heard was all the frogs that were out last night.

Ummm, what are you going to do? I wouldn't hate you, are you going to dissect her? Or eat her?

um, I laid it on the ground and stabbed a metal rod through her... It was hard to do! I ended up driving to the house to get a mallet. I did it so the foxes or dogs will chew at the carcass, and I can shoot them. :3

Forgive me if I say.......Awesome! That's not bad at all! I mean she was already dead so...... I want to do that, only I want to tie a live rabbit to a string that is staked in the ground so I can feed a hawk, I don't even want to shoot it. Now that's mean, lol!

We have coyotes in the woods by our house. They are really loud! We don't hear them very often though.

Forgive me if I say.......Awesome! That's not bad at all! I mean she was already dead so...... I want to do that, only I want to tie a live rabbit to a string that is staked in the ground so I can feed a hawk, I don't even want to shoot it. Now that's mean, lol!

that's not mean, lol. I have been known to use live animals as bait, lol. Although I tried the rabbit on a string thing, but the hawk was too smart for it. :/
