I get very annoyed with BYC sending me emails every time someone posts a message on a large thread (such as this one). But every time I get an email about the thread, I find myself checking the post and not unsubscribing from it.

I had the same problem for a while. Then I found out that you can turn off emails in the subscription settings.

My parents are talking to a realtor and we will be moving in the next couple of months. I was just now starting to like my little barn. Oh well. At least all of my chickens get to come with us this time.

That is sad. I've lived where I live now my whole life. I love it here, but I would happily move for a little more land than 2 acres.
