I heard that it is harder to hardboil organic eggs cause the shells are harder, is that true?

No, it's actually because organic eggs are fresh, and store eggs arent. The fresher the egg, the hard it is to hard-boil them. If you boil organic eggs you just have to boil them longer than you would boil store bought eggs, and you have to let them cool off longer.
