Realized my brooder was at 105 degrees. Now I moved about a foot further away. Last light was a lot cooler. It wasn't IR though, it created heat directly.

Waiting patiently for my pullets to start laying. I bought them 20 weeks ago, and they were a week old. I think my dog scared the egg laying right out of them
