you are getting snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LUCKY! All we get is rain, rain, rain, and... guess what!!!!!..... RAIN!

ahhhh, no snow this morning and 40 degrees --hey its the new York weather. you never know what your going to get--up on my hill it could be snowing and then go 5 miles into town (and down the hill) and it will be either just cloudy or raining. (and 10 degrees warmer) after my husband and I built our house up here in the boonies, the first winter we had ended up with 4 foot of snow on valentines day--2 plow trucks got stuck in our driveway half way up(1000 ft driveway) and we had to walk the rest of the way up. it took us 45 minutes to lay trail thru the snow. it was the most scariest thing at the time I could ever think of, seeing the house so close and not being able to walk right up to it.---needless to say, we bought a john deere 3200(?) series tractor with a front mount 5 ft wide snow blower. talk about having an expensive comfort zone.

I just saw one of our dogs come in, fly down the hall, and attempt to leap over the back of the couch. He got stuck half way over.
