depending on what breed and what they are eating is what the milk will taste like. for example saanens have a very bland milk while from our understanding toggenburgs milk taste like you licked a buck... in rut.

also their fur is a pain to clip. lol. lamancha milk is good, rich but not to rich. can't wait to taste our Nigerian grades milk. she has nubian in her so she should have higher butterfat content then our lamachas.
